Advanced registration is required to hold your space. Group Class size is limited. Private (one person), Semi-Private (two people), and Trio (three people) sessions are available Monday through Saturday by appointment.

Class Descriptions: All classes are approximately 55 minutes long. Group classes are held only when 2 or more people are registerred to attend.

Private Sessions are one-on-one, and tailored to your specific goals and needs. Privates will teach you how to work with integrity and also prepare you for group classes. Your session may include both mat and equipment exercises. Privates are required for those clients who are injured or in pain.

Mat Classes provide a strong foundation of refined movement, build body awareness, strengthen the core muscles of the body, and improve balance, alignment, and flexibility. Exercises are layered in as the body changes and becomes stronger and more flexible.  These exercises will give you great abs, toned hips and buttocks, strong and flexible back and shoulder muscles.  Maximum of eight people. Group classes are held only when 2 or more people are registerred to attend.

Reformer Classes utilize the Universal Reformer, designed by Joseph H. Pilates to support body alignment while providing mechanical resistance via springs. The exercises are progressive and allow the muscles to work efficiently and in greater structural balance.  Feel your body become strong, flexible and toned! Maximum of five people. Group classes are held only when 2 or more people are registerred to attend.

Tower Classes utilize the “Cadillac” system developed by Joseph Pilates as his premier piece at the time.  Focus is on opening the chest, shoulders and back while strengthening the core and legs.  The spring resistance helps create balance and tone with increased flexibility. Maximum of five people. Group classes are held only when 2 or more people are registerred to attend.

Pilates Stretch Classes blend a Pilates foundation of breathing, body awareness and alignment with a gentle but thorough stretching routine to leave you feeling limber and refreshed. Maximum of eight people. Group classes are held only when 2 or more people are registerred to attend.

Cancellation Policy: All sessions and classes are by appointment only. 24 hours notice of cancellation is requested. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full class or session fee. All efforts will be made to reschedule your class or session at a time that is convenient for you. We appreciate your cooperation.
